Policies
We have put the following policies in place as a means to protect the interests of our guests and our employees. While some may be found inconvenient, they are necessary.
Salon Crescent City requires a deposit for all reservations made online, hair extensions, and corrective color services. The Amount of the deposit is determined on an individual basis by your stylist during the consultation.
Deposits
If you are not satisfied with your experience at Salon Crescent City, we will HAPPILY make it right at no additional charge provided it is within 7 days of your original reservation. We do not offer refunds on services.
Service Guarantee
Salon Crescent City will require all guests to read and sign a waiver and release form for all hair removal (waxing) and chemical type services. This includes all hair chemical services (color, perms, relaxers, straighteners, lightening services), hair extensions, manicures, pedicures, and facial / skin services.
Waiver and Release
We can only guarantee our extension work when the hair is purchased through the salon. We will not be able to work on your extensions if you are bringing the hair in from an outside source.
Extensions
ALL SALES ARE FINAL as soon as you step out the salon door & we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on products.
We DO NOT offer refunds for opened or used product.
